The apartment itself is cozy and well-appointed, with tasteful decor and a comfortable bedroom that can accommodate up to three guests. The fully equipped kitchenette is a great feature, allowing guests to prepare their own meals and enjoy the stunning views of the city while dining.

One minor drawback of Apartment Neva is its size. As a couple of tall individuals, my partner and I felt a bit squished in the apartment, especially in the bathroom.

We had a perfect stay in Dubrovnik very close to Dubrovnik old town, and the central square. It was particularly good and perfect very near to all tourist attractions. Included a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, all very handy. We appreciated it, will be back.

I always stay at this place in Dubrovnik. No regrets. The staff helped me find my lost ring on my first visit. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, a kettle, AC, airport shuttle. Flat-screen TV. No pets. No smoking. Coming back for Christmas.

The cleanliness of the apartment was outstanding, and it was beautifully decorated with lovely decor and materials. The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of supplies and utensils, and the presence of a dishwasher and washing machine was incredibly convenient. The location was perfect, as it was situated in the charming 17th-century building. The staff were super kind and attentive, and the host was very responsive and even allowed me to do a late check-out, which was great for me. I felt right at home here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

The lack of sound insulation was a major issue as we could hear the footsteps from the apartment above us throughout the night. the apartment being on the ground floor meant that everything had a noticeable smell of mold, which was quite unpleasant.
